Shipping Policy for SPANK

1. Age Verification

To comply with federal and state regulations, SPANK only sells products to customers who are 18 years or older. All orders require age verification at checkout. We may use third-party age verification services to confirm eligibility. Additionally, all deliveries must be signed for by an adult (18+ with a valid ID) upon receipt.

2. Shipping Locations and Restrictions

Due to state and local regulations, we are unable to ship to certain areas. Currently, we ship within the United States but do not ship to the following locations:

  • States with Tobacco Shipping Restrictions: Maine, Utah, Vermont, and other regions that have restricted online sales of tobacco products.
  • PO Boxes: We do not ship to PO Boxes as all deliveries require an adult signature.

If an order is placed for a restricted area, we will cancel and fully refund the order.

3. Shipping Times and Costs

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed after 3 pm ET will be processed the next business day.
  • Shipping Options:
    • Standard Shipping (3-5 business days): Calculated at checkout based on location.
    • Expedited Shipping (1-3 business days): Additional charges apply and are calculated at checkout.
  • Free Shipping: Orders over $60 qualify for free standard shipping. 

Please note that shipping times may vary due to carrier delays, especially around holidays.

4. Delivery and Signature Requirement

All SPANK orders require an adult signature upon delivery. This ensures that the recipient meets the legal age requirement for purchasing tobacco products. If no one is available to sign for the package, the carrier will typically make another delivery attempt or hold the package at a nearby location for pickup. Please track your shipment to avoid missed deliveries.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to be fully updated. You can monitor your package’s progress through the carrier's website.

6. Shipping Delays and Lost Packages

While we aim to deliver orders promptly, unforeseen issues with carriers can cause delays. SPANK is not responsible for delays due to weather, high package volumes, or other carrier-related issues.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at support@spankdc.net We will work with the carrier to locate your package, but we may require up to 10 business days to investigate.

7. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
